Vol. 1 No. 01 (2023): Paradigma Mandiri
Paradigma Mandiri Journal (PM), published by the Institute of Research and Community Service, Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (STISIP) Widyapuri Mandiri Sukabumi, aims to establish effective communication channels between stakeholders including academic and research institutions, the business world, government and the community. It also aims to promote and disseminate research findings in the development of social science and political science particularly in Indonesia.
Paradigma Mandiri welcomes empirical and theoretical articles that address both micro and macro phenomena. Manuscripts eligible for publication in PM cover domains such as strategy and policy, human resource management, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and research methods.
